In this lively, hands-on class, we’ll dive into the story of cacao—from its ancient roots to how geography and terroir shape each bar. You’ll sample a variety of chocolate bars, compare their distinct notes, and enjoy a few playful tasting pairings and beverages along the way.

Led by Jeanlouise, Each Peach co-owner and Cordon Bleu Paris pastry school grad, who brings with her a wealth of knowledge and contagious passion for chocolate.
