ease note, this is a deposit that will be subtracted from the total price of your turkey. Once we have the turkeys, we will send an invoice of the remainder, due when you pick up your turkey on Nov 24/25

Ready-to-Roast
Have a busy dinner prep ahead of you? We’ll get your bird ready to roast (trussed & seasoned) to keep your work to a minimum! For an extra $25 charge, we’ll season the skin of your bird with butter and spices, add herbs to the cavity and truss it up. We’ll even provide a disposable roasting pan if you need one at pick up! All you have to do is stick your bird in the oven when you get home.
Spatchcock Option
Ensure an even cook on your turkey by cooking it spatchcock! We'll remove the backbone so your turkey lies flat and you can cover every inch in marinade.
