Pasture-raised leg of lamb (uncooked), available bone-in, boneless, or butterflied. A butterflied piece of lamb means a boneless leg of lamb that has been specially split open and rolled out, which makes the seasoning and trussing just that much easier.
Boneless Leg of Lamb: $16/lb
Butterflied Leg of Lamb: $18/lb
Bone-in Leg of Lamb: $14/lb
$25 deposit, remainder due upon receipt.
(Each boneless piece is about 8-10lbs and Each bone-in piece is about 15lbs)
