From creamy and delicate to bold and beautifully aged, we'll taste a selection of standout cheeses while learning what makes each one worthy of recognition. We'll also talk about the people behind the cheese, the styles and traditions they draw from, and best ways to enjoy and pair these remarkable cheeses at home.
Paired with thoughtful accompaniments and drinks, this class offers an introduction to some of the very best award-winning American cheeses being made today.
This class will take place at Bold Fork Books on Friday, August 28 from 6–7 PM.
