From the nutty, crystalline Parmigiano Reggiano to creamy Gorgonzola and sharp, salty Pecorino, we'll discover how each region's landscape and traditions shape what ends up on the table. Of course, no Italian spread is complete without all the classic accompaniments, because it's Italy!
