An evening exploring the delicious world of Spanish cheese, wine and charcuterie.
Our mongers will guide you as we explore a variety of unique cheeses from around Iberia, perfectly paired with Spanish wines and charcuterie. You’ll sample 5 cheeses from distinctive regions and taste your way to a deeper appreciation of the amazing cultural foodways Spain has to offer.
This class will take place in person at Bold Fork Books on Friday June 20 from 6-7PM.
Class is limited to 10 people. Must be 21 years of age to participate.
