Join us for an evening exploring the exciting world of Spanish cheese, wine, cider and charcuterie.
Our mongers will guide you through a series of unique regional cheeses of Spain paired perfectly with Spanish wines and ciders. We will also sample distinctive charcuterie that speaks to unique terroir and curing methods, along with other nibbles.
You'll gain a deeper appreciation of the amazing cultural foodways Spain has to offer.
This class will take place at Bold Fork Books on Friday July 17 from 6-7PM.
